I hereby apply as a vendor for the year 2027 Fall Festival

Festival operations will be Saturdays, September 25th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Sunday, September 26, 2027 from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM.

Vendor Rules & Requirements


  • Vendor fees must be paid in full before a booth space is reserved. All vendor fees are non-refundable.
  • Electricity is available for an additional $10 fee. Please request electricity on your application, as availability is limited.
  • Applications must be submitted by September 15, 2027.
  • Booth locations will be assigned by Davidson Greenhouse & Dispensary staff. Requests for specific locations cannot be guaranteed.
  • All products and displays must be presented in a clean, professional, and safe manner.
  • Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean throughout the event and must leave their space clean and free of trash at the conclusion of the festival.
  • All vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner toward customers, other vendors, volunteers, and Davidson Greenhouse staff.
  • The sale of plants, pumpkins, and CBD products is not permitted during the festival.
  • Vendors must remain set up and open for business until the festival closes at 4:00 PM each day. Vendors who break down their booth or leave before 4:00 PM on either day may not be invited to participate in future Davidson Greenhouse events.
  • Davidson Greenhouse & Dispensary reserves the right to refuse or revoke vendor participation if these rules are not followed.


    • Booth (10x10) rentals are as follows:

  • $50.00 till deadline on July 1, 2027.
  • $75.00 till deadline on August 1, 2027.
  • $100.00 till deadline on September 1, 2027.

    • *Checks can be made out to Davidson Greenhouse and mailed to 3147 E Ladoga Road Crawfordsville, IN 47933

    *A 2.8% fee will be added to all cards.
