I hereby apply as a vendor for the year 2025 Fall Festival

Festival operations will be Saturdays, September 26th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Sunday, September 27, 2026 from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM.

RULES

  • Fees must be paid before reserving a spot and are non-refundable.
  • An additional $10.00 is required for electricity (ask about availability).
  • Applicants must submit their applications by September 12, 2026.
  • Locations for vendor booths will be determined by Davidson Greenhouse staff.
  • All products must be displayed in a clean and safe manner.
  • After closing, vendors must leave the area clean.
  • It is expected that all vendors conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
  • Vendors may not sell: plants, pumpkins or CBD products.


Booth (10x10) rentals are as follows:
  • $50.00 till deadline on July 1, 2026.
  • $75.00 till deadline on August 1, 2026.
  • $100.00 till deadline on September 1, 2026.

*Checks can be made out to Davidson Greenhouse and mailed to 3147 E Ladoga Road Crawfordsville, IN 47933
*A 4% fee will be added to all cards.
